Any person who fraudulently registers another person’s website or business under false pretenses will be considered to have committed a fraudulent act. THDB reserves the right to take legal action against such individuals or entities in accordance with applicable Thai law.

THDB reserves the right to reject any registration of products or services that are inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, including but not limited to illegal content or pornography. The decision of THDB is final and non-negotiable.

THDB membership is valid on an annual basis and renewable, provided that the website and its content comply with THDB’s Terms and Conditions and general business ethics.

Members must immediately notify THDB if their website address changes or if there are significant changes to the content.

No one is allowed to offer or sell illegal materials, products, services, or pornography through THDB. THDB is not responsible for any damages or issues arising from the use of our platform by users, visitors, or members.

The products, services, and content provided by THDB and its members are offered on an "as-is" basis without any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance. All warranties are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted under Thai law.

THDB, its licensors, partners, agents, or any third parties involved in creating, maintaining, or delivering this platform shall not be liable for:

1. Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, business information, profits, or other economic losses.

2. Any consequences of downloading or using files or attachments from the platform.

3. Any delays, disruptions, or interruptions of the platform or its services.

4. Any transmission or reception failures of data through the platform.

5. Any software or equipment failures, whether operated by THDB or third parties.

6. Any loss or corruption of data stored or transmitted through the platform.

7. Any delays or failures due to force majeure events.

8. Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the platform content.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, THDB’s liability (including its licensors, agents, and partners) for any claim shall not exceed the equivalent of 100 Thai Baht (THB 100), regardless of the cause of action.
